PROJECTS
MUFG Union Bank, N.A. needed help with overflow projects that their internal design team couldn’t handle. I helped build the relationship that turned one project into a consistent flow work for the company. All of the projects with this client were confidential, but they ranged from a variety of design assets for various internal and external marketing efforts. Including internal program user guides, external client/customer manuals, infographic flyers, presentation templates, print brochures, and executive letters & reports.
ROLES
Account Manager, Producer/Project Manager, Operations, Production Designer, QC/Proofreader
- Managed each project to ensure deliverables were sent on schedule and client’s needs were met.
- Developed project scopes, creative briefs, budgets, estimates, revisions, and timelines.
- Resourced creative team of freelancers for each project.
- Liaison between internal and external team of creatives.
- Quality controlled each deliverable in between every round of revisions.
- Built and managed relationships with various members of MUFG Union Bank’s creative team.
- Led project kickoffs and status updates for both clients and internal teams.
- Worked as a production designer on rebranding projects for internal user guides and reports.
- Worked as a proofreader for full cold read proofing projects, such as, contract fine print documents.
