Global Consumer Marketing: Content & Social

There are 320 million monthly active users on Twitter and 500 million Tweets are sent each day. The @Twitter Account has 55.9 million followers and is considered one of their most prominent digital marketing channels.

Project Manager, Production Designer, Operations

I’ve worn many hats and worked on a variety of projects under the Global Consumer Marketing Department at Twitter. My career at Twitter was split into two teams—Content and Social.

I started on the Content Team, managing budgets, processes, and production of digital marketing content through cross-functional campaigns.

Once the company decided to build out a Social Team within Marketing, I moved to help build the team out by developing processes and onboarding the team into tools to help work more efficiently. The Social Team manages marketing campaigns and Twitter’s presence on and off-platform (including their vertical channels like @TwitterMusic, @TwitterMovies, @TwitterGaming, etc.). The team also manages operations for all of the Twitter Owned and Operated handles (over 200).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations: Process, budgets, contracts, sourcing, team productivity, onboarding, internal & external relationship management

Project Management: Creative briefs, cross-functional alignment, timelines, costs, resources, stakeholder reviews, quality control, creative deliverables, digital asset management
