ChromaDex is a dietary supplement and food ingredient company that strives to improve the way people age. In 2017, they built a marketing department to help sell their new supplement product, Tru Niagen.

Project Manager, Production Designer, Operations

I joined ChromaDex for the opportunity to help build out an internal design agency. When I joined the brand/design team did not have a project manager or any process for project intake/management. Within months, I built out a creative project intake process and took project management to the next level.

Every day, I strive to make sure my creative team works efficiently by focusing on what they do best. Process development is always a work in progress and my goal is continuous improvement. Right now, I’m working on the documentation of standard operating procedures, processes, and workflows, as well as building out a new digital asset management system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations: Process, documentation, digital asset management, budgets, contracts, sourcing, team productivity, onboarding, internal & external relationship management

Project Management: Creative briefs, cross-functional alignment, timelines, costs, resources, stakeholder reviews, quality control, and creative deliverables
