Restaurant Marketing

Jacks Urban Eats is a fast-casual restaurant with a dozen locations throughout Northern California. This project included the management of their Google, Yelp, and Facebook accounts for each location, along with the main @JacksUrbanEats Instagram and Twitter accounts (32 accounts total).

Although Jacks Urban Eats is rapidly expanding throughout California, they have never invested in any marketing or advertising. After updating their website, their goal was to create an online presence to match their competitors’ and build marketing strategies and process to support their business.

Strategies, process, planning, promotional campaigns, marketing materials, identity, launches, sourcing, training, contracts, budgets, metrics, research, vendor management, and creative deliverables.
