Design Program Management

Sephora features over 250 brands, along with their own private label. On top of their online and mobile app stores, they have ~2,300 stores across 33 countries worldwide. Their digital marketing channels are made up of emails, desktop website and mobile app promotions, and social media.

ROLE
Program Manager/Producer/Project Manager

I worked on digital marketing creative programs including web and mobile app promotional offers, website banners, brand pages, and emails. Above these, I managed full digital campaigns where I oversaw the lifespan of a campaign across all of the digital marketing channels to launch new brands partnering with Sephora.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Program kickoffs, reviews, planning, timelines, status updates, approvals, quality control, deliverables, production, implementation, and wrap up. Cross-functional alignment, vendor management, and digital asset management.
